This year is going in very quick don’t you think? Just over a year ago Alan Grant offered his services as my manager and promoter…where has the year gone? This time last year I was preparing for my first appearance on Celtic Music Radio, as well as getting my plans together for yearly pilgrimage through the Hebrides to the Hebridean Celtic festival. In a weeks time I head off!
Whilst making my plans for the journey, I’ve decided to start a new regular blog on WordPress to follow my journey, but I plan to keep this going after the trip too. You can read the blog by visiting meetingsandpartings.wordpress.com. I have also started using WordPress to update my NewsBlog, which will continue to feed through to my official site. If you would prefer to read my news there, the link is andrewhuggan.wordpress.com.
In keeping with the island-hopping theme of this post, it’s now only 2 days until the HitchHop guys head off on their fundraising adventure. I would just like to wish them both the very best of luck. They have already raised over £600 for RNLI. You can read more about HitchHop at hitchhop.wordpress.com.
Remember, “In the Reek of the Smouldering Peat” is available to download from my website for £1. All of the proceeds go to RNLI and well help to save lives around UK coastlines.
